MSIA Logo and Text

The Mapping Sciences Institute, Australia is a professional association - non-government organisation - with a National Council and Divisions based on the Australian States and Territories. The Council normally convenes once a year, and a National Executive is responsible for the running of the Institute during the intervening periods.

All positions within the Institute are voluntary with no permanent staff employed either nationally or at Divisional level.

In accordance with the Institute's Corporate Plan a series of Program Managers have been appointed to address such matters as Continuing Professional Development, International, Management, Membership, Promotion and Publications.
